THANK YOU FOR BEING COURTEOUS & OFFERING AS MUCH NOTICE AS POSSIBLE FOR ANY APPOINTMENT ADJUSTMENTS

I have my own life, toddler in tow, & totally understand how crazy life gets. BUT. I’m in high demand & late cancellations stink (for me, my bank account & for other client’s wanting to schedule). I honor & respect the time we share together & appreciate your cooperation & consideration.

  1. KELLI ASKS FOR 48 HRS NOTICE FOR ALL APPOINTMENT ADJUSTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS. 48 hrs before your appt begins. Reminder texts/emails are sent as a courtesy to help you remember your set appointment time.

  2. ANY CHANGES BEFORE THE 48 HR MARK ARE ACCESSIBLE TO YOU VIA YOUR TEXT/EMAIL CONFIRMATIONS, YOUR PROFILE ON FRESHA, OR BY CONTACTING KELLI DIRECTLY. This should all seem stress free, seamless & easy to manage. You’re welcome!

  3. CHANGES AFTER THE 48 HR MARK RESULT IN A 50% SERVICE FEE. 48 hrs-25 hr adjustments require 50% payment of scheduled service.

  4. CHANGES MADE WITH 24 HRS ARE CONSIDERED ‘SAME DAY ADJUSTMENTS’ & ARE SUBJECT TO A 100% SERVICE CHARGE. Moving your appt within 24 hours of your appointment’s start time results in a 100% payment of scheduled service.

  5. FEES ARE AUTOMATICALLY PROCESSED BY MY SCHEDULER. If your stored card does not process, you’ll be invoiced.

  6. FAILURE TO PAY YOUR LATE FEES, MAY RESULT IN FUTURE APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS. I appreciate your understanding of my policies & respect of my time.
